Synthesis technology of fructone was written by Wang, Qing-ning;Zhang, Lei;Fang, Ming-feng;Jiang, Rui-yu. And the article was included in Riyong Huaxue Gongye in 2008.HPLC of Formula: 6413-10-1 The following contents are mentioned in the article:
Using acid-treated attapulgite clay as supporter, attapulgite clay supported phosphotungstic acid catalyst were prepared through impregnation method, and characterized by XRD, IR and UV spectrophotometry. Such catalyst was used for synthesis of fructone. Effects of molar ratio of Et acetoacetate to glycol, the dosage of catalyst, the dosage of water stripping agent, the reaction time, the reaction temperature on the esterification yield were investigated. The exptl. results showed that attapulgite clay supported phosphotungstic acid catalyst has good catalytic activity, structural stability, and can be reused. Optimum conditions for the synthesis are; molar ratio of Et acetoacetate to glycol is 1.0 = 1.5; the dosage of catalyst is 2 g; the amount of benzene as water stripping agent is 50 mL; the reaction time is 3 h; the reaction temperature is 110°. Its yield achieves higher than 89.7%. This study involved multiple reactions and reactants, such as Ethyl 2-(2-methyl-1,3-dioxolan-2-yl)acetate (cas: 6413-10-1HPLC of Formula: 6413-10-1).
Ethyl 2-(2-methyl-1,3-dioxolan-2-yl)acetate (cas: 6413-10-1) belongs to dioxole derivatives. Dioxoles, particularly fluorinated dioxoles, are used as co-monomers to make polymers that find use in forming protective coatings for chemical resistance. 1,3-Benzodioxole can be synthesized from catechol with disubstituted halomethanes.HPLC of Formula: 6413-10-1
