LOW-TEMPERATURE DIELECTRIC BEHAVIOR OF POLYMERS AND COPOLYMERS OF TETRAFLUOROETHYLENE

Dielectric measurements were made on a series of polymers containing tetrafluoroethylene at temperatures from 10 to 300 K and frequencies from 10 to 10(5) Hz. In all cases, the local-mode gamma-relaxation was observed.
