Catalytic synthesis of fructone by solid acid SO42-/ZrO2-TiO2 was written by Liu, Xi-cheng. And the article was included in Guangzhou Huagong in 2011.SDS of cas: 6413-10-1 The following contents are mentioned in the article:
Fructone was synthesized with Et acetoacetate and glycol by using solid acid sulfate/zirconia-titania as catalyst. The effects of water-carrying reagent, feed ratio, reaction time, catalyst dosage on the yield of the product were studied. Results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were molar ratio of cyclohexanone to ethylene 1:1.5, catalyst dosage 2% of the total reactants, and the amount of cyclohexane 37.5% of the total reactants. After 2h reaction, the yield of fructone reached 76.8%. This study involved multiple reactions and reactants, such as Ethyl 2-(2-methyl-1,3-dioxolan-2-yl)acetate (cas: 6413-10-1SDS of cas: 6413-10-1).
Ethyl 2-(2-methyl-1,3-dioxolan-2-yl)acetate (cas: 6413-10-1) belongs to dioxole derivatives. Dioxoles, particularly fluorinated dioxoles, are used as co-monomers to make polymers that find use in forming protective coatings for chemical resistance. 1,3-Benzodioxole can be synthesized from catechol with disubstituted halomethanes.SDS of cas: 6413-10-1
